What sounded to one tenant of the adjacent Van Tassel apartments as another big late-night summer brawl was just a "boisterous" incident Sleepy Hollow police said they came upon on August 18 at 4:52 a.m. Police Chief Gregory Camp said police found a "highly intoxicated" man on Pocantico Street requiring medical attention.
