Sleepy Hollow Man, 24, Charged After Brief Pursuit In Elmsford

Darlin M. Fabian, 21, of Sleepy Hollow, is charged with third-degree unlawful fleeing from a police officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, and other traffic offenses in connection with a Jan. 8 incident, New York State Police said. ELMSFORD, N.Y. A 24-year-old Sleepy Hollow man was arrested for allegedly fleeing from a police officer trying to conduct a traffic stop in Elmsford on Thursday, according to New York State Police.
