The former Holy Cross Church, located at Beekman Avenue and Cortlandt Street in Sleepy Hollow, is being sold to Amelia Holdings Corp. for $685,000 in cash, according to The Journal News , based on court filings. A listing for the property on the commercial real estate site LoopNet said the asking price had been $800,000.
