A Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., man was arrested on a charges that he sold beef without a permit, police said. At 2:11 p.m. Monday, March 28, Hackettstown police responded to Lafayette Street for a report of a man selling beef out of a truck, and located the truck, which said "Northeastern Beef" on the side, on Park Avenue, police said.
