Old Dutch Church Fest Runs Weekends Oct.18-Nov.1 in Sleepy Hollow

The Headless Horseman is coming! The Headless Horseman is coming! To the Old Dutch Fest, that is.... It begins Saturday, Oct. 18, from 12:30 to 4:30 pm and continues on weekends through Saturday, Nov. 1 on the grounds near the Old Dutch Church and Burying Ground. On hand will be food and beverages and things to buy, music, and a children's storyteller, a chance to learn more of our local history, and much more! Visit one of the oldest churches in America, the 329-year-old Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow, which was made famous by Washington Irving's "Legend of Sleepy Hollow," and come see the spot where Ichabod Crane fled for his life...Katrina Van Tassel and Brom Bones are buried...and so much of the history of Westchester County began.
