One of two major construction projects has been completed at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, 701 N. Broadway in Sleepy Hollow. Phelps invites the public to attend an open house for the newly completed MRI Center on Monday, Nov. 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Visitors will have an opportunity to see the new MRI - a Siemens 1.5 Tesla MAGNETOM Aera Open Bore MRI system.
