Phillips named to 'Women of Distinction Hall of Fame'

Sophie Phillips, a second-year medical illustration student from Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., was one of 22 women to be named to the "Women of Distinction Hall of Fame," designed to honor outstanding women from throughout the state's 40th Senate District.
