SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. Rey Insurance Agency hosted a free child ID event last month, when Westchester County residents were given safety information and tips on how to keep their children safe. New York Life and Erie Insurance sponsored the event, which was attended by Mayor Ken Wray, Fire Chief John Korzelius and Miss Teen Westchester 2015, Jordan Decker.
