Democratic and Responsive government candidates for Mayor and Trustee in Sleepy Hollow are accusing Mayor Wray of being AWOL when it comes to key Village concerns. They point to the following: u To make appointments to key committees that review the site plan, including the Waterfront Advisory Committee , the Parking Authority and the Architectural Review Board u To make appointments to the newly formed Local Development Corporation , requiring it to be populated by the Board of Trustees by default u To develop working relationships with officials in other municipalities.
