He graduated from St. Theresa's School, Stepinac High School and Fairfield University, remaining active with Stepinac through involvement with their theater group. Singer was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his brother Paul of Sleepy Hollow; niece Tara Platt and her husband Jason of Hopewell Junction; grandnephews Jakob and Lukas Platt; uncle Stephen Karac and many cousins.
