Sleepy Hollow resident, and former FBI agent, Robert Lustyik was sentenced Monday to five years in prison on bribery charges, according to federal prosecutors. Lustyik pleaded guilty in December, 2014, to several charges related to bribery in connection with selling classified documents while he was a member of a counterintelligence squad out of the FBI's White Plains office.
