Led by the infamous Headless Horseman thousands ran the annual Sleepy Hollow 5K that coincided with the Sleepy Hollow Chamber Street Fair Oct. 17. Locals, regional and NYC tourists, many arriving by boat, filled the village streets where plenty of vendors, a ragamuffin parade, food and entertainment were featured. The boat rides from Manhattan will continue Saturday, when Tarrytown will hold its Halloween parade.
