Holy Cross Church, located at 114-118 Beekman Ave. and 117 Cortlandt St. in Sleepy Hollow, has been sold for $685,000 to a buyer who plans on turning it into a day care tacitly. The property is 16,500 square feet and consists of three buildings: an 8,000-square-foot church, a 3,669-square-foot rectory and a 5,000-square-foot parish hall.
