Executive Chef Giuseppe Fanelli, a Sleepy Hollow resident, is gearing up for the opening of his new Italian eatery, tredici NORTH in Purchase, set for Monday, Feb. 1. Fanelli, who has led the tredici STEAK team in Manhattan and also worked at Felidia's and Rao's, is known for taking classic Italian dishes and putting a creative spin on them. Diners can expect items like Tuna Tartare, Braised Leek and Chicory Flan along with fresh, handmade pasta.
