The worst of the snowstorm is happening now in the lower Hudson Valley but the good news is it will end in time for the drive home from work on Friday. A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties; 1-3 inches expected in Putnam, 2-4 inches in Rockland and 3-5 inches throughout Westcheseter.
