New York Water Taxi added a second boat this past weekend to take Manhattan residents to Sleepy Hollow to experience Halloween in the village. The water taxi departs from Manhattan on Saturday, Oct. 22 and 29, with four departure times per day, according to visitsleepyhollow.com .
