Anthony Seppe Oswain, a native of Sleepy Hollow and a former resident of Wappingers Falls, died suddenly on April 30 at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. He was 32. "Tony," who was living in Long Island City, was to be married to his longtime sweetheart, Joanna King, at a luxurious resort in Cancun, Mexico in January, 2018.
