Linda Sliter, a longtime resident of Valhalla, died peacefully at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow on Sunday, April 19. She was a past state officer in the Masonic Triangle and retired as a payroll clerk for the Valhalla schools. She is survived by her husband, Charles Sliter; her sons, George and Andrew; a daughter-in-law, Elsa; three grandchildren, Christopher, Alexander and Victoria; a sister Ellen Basso; and a brother, Leslie.
