Temperatures will be a bit chilly in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow over the next several days, according to the National Weather Service. Strong winds are sweeping through the lower Hudson Valley Thursday, and as a result the National Weather Service has issued a Special Weather Statement and a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Westchester County.
