Twenty years from the date the General Motors assembly plant in Sleepy Hollow ceased operations, government officials, community leaders and executives from the joint venture of SunCal and Diversified Realty Advisors gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking for Edge-On-Hudson, a nearly 70-acre waterfront development valued at over $1 billion. The transit-oriented property along the shore of the Hudson is set to include 1,177 units of housing, restaurants, retail space, and a hotel, which will be the first in Sleepy Hollow.
