About 2,000 volunteers will head for their local shorelines on Saturday for the fifth annual Riverkeeper Sweep -- a one-day event made up of more than 100 cleanups and plantings along the Hudson River, including several in Sleepy Hollow and Westchester County. Riverkeeper's annual event is part of the organization's initiative to reduce plastic and other floatable pollution in the estuary.
