Sleepy Hollow resident Robert Lustyik, a former FBI agent at the center of a bribery scheme, was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison in connection with the case, according to the United States Department of Justice. Lustyik was sentenced in Utah where part of the case played out, but he also is scheduled to be sentenced in New York in late April where he pleaded guilty.
