Middle school students from Briarcliff Manor, Croton-on-Hudson, Ossining and Sleepy Hollow convened in Briarcliff Manor on Feb. 7 for the eighth annual Rivertowns Honors Band and Orchestra Festival. Participants were selected based on their individual New York State School Music Association solo festival ratings, All-County participation and music teacher recommendations.
