Alan Daniels, owner of Half Time in Mamaroneck, is setting up a beer garden at the Phelps Food and Wine Fest featuring selected brews from around the world. SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY -- Phelps Memorial Hospital Center will host the first ever Phelps Food and Wine Fest on Sunday from 12-4 p.m. at Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor.
