Former FBI agent Robert G. Lustyik Jr. pleaded guilty on Monday just before a trial was to begin on charges he tried to derail a federal investigation into a company accused of defrauding the military out of millions of dollars through a defense contract in Afghanistan. Lustyik, 52, Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., pleaded guilty to all 11 counts of an indictment handed up in 2012 that charged he and two others with conspiracy, fraud and obstruction of justice and obstruction of a federal agency.
