The cast of hit Fox Network series "Sleepy Hollow" will make an appearance at the ribbon-cutting ceremony to kick off the nationally recognized Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., Halloween on Friday, Sept. 26 at 5 p.m. There will be a fan meet and greet with "Sleepy Hollow" stars Orlando Jones and Lyndie Greenwood .
