The village of Sleepy Hollow had it all Friday evening: its mayor, police chief, a headless horseman on a majestic horse -- and even the actors from the TV thriller "Sleepy Hollow." A week into their second season on Fox-TV, Orlando Jones and Lyndie Greenwood helped celebrate the village's Halloween season during a ceremony with Sleepy Hollow Mayor Ken Wray and Police Chief Gregory Camp.
