Phelps Memorial Hospital Center invites area seniors to attend a free day of activities on Tuesday, September 23 from 8:30 am-3:00 pm in recognition of National Falls Prevention Awareness Day . The activities will take place in the James House on the hospital campus, 701 North Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, and will include screenings, exercise programs, educational sessions, osteoporosis prevention tips and medication reviews.
